I'm Paul Oggelsby. In 2008 I founded Riverlite — a cloud, cybersecurity and managed IT business in Cambridgeshire — and spent 14 years building it into a company trusted by over 70 UK businesses in defence, legal, and retail. We grew entirely by referral. No outbound sales machine. Just good work and happy clients.

In February 2022 I exited via acquisition to Xperience Group. What I learned from that process — the due diligence, the questions I couldn't answer, the things that nearly chipped the price — is exactly what Maturable is built around.

I spent years not knowing my own operational maturity score. I knew my revenue. I didn't know what my business was really worth, or what a buyer would use to justify a lower offer. I built Maturable so no founder has to go into that conversation blind.

I'm now a Chairman and angel investor, backing early-stage tech companies and helping founders scale the right way. Maturable is the tool I wish I'd had for the first decade of running Riverlite.
